follow Jason’s Fat Loss Bootcamp program exactly as it is
laid out, you will definitely achieve results. It won’t be
easy in the beginning, but it gets easier as you go along,
and eventually it becomes more a part of your daily

Really love the boot camp and Ruben is awesome! Feel great
too. I've dropped about 20lbs since I started the classes
and almost 3 pant sizes and can feel a considerable
difference in my level of strength - especially Tue mornings
when i play ice hockey...I get so much more out of it now,
like I used to when I was younger - which in turn makes it
more fun.
I travel a lot for work and its always been tough for me to
be consistent but I've found I'm able to try and replicate
some of the workouts Ruben puts us through while I'm on the
road - much more fun than running on a treadmill in a hotel
gym staring at a wall :)
It's really great actually. As I continue to lose weight
every week, people are starting to notice now! The
employee who knows me at Whole Foods----who hasn't seen
me since before starting your program---said he almost
wasn't sure if it was me when he saw me tonight. He said
he can definitely see the weight loss in my face. My
family and friends have told me they have noticed the
weight loss too. These kind of results, make it more
than worth it.

Q: What's the difference between Mr. America's Santa Monica Boot Camp and what other trainers and boot camps provide?
A: Santa Monica Boot Camp Workouts are different each time. Each workout is designed around a specific activity at a different Santa Monica location. Some days feature stair running, some boxing, some plyometrics and bodyweight suspension TRX workouts, etc.
The body needs variable stimulus. Our workouts are not constrained by a rigid series of exercises, sets, and reps. Our clients improve safely and quickly.
Q: Do you have to be an advanced athlete to participate?
